JOSE SILGUERO
MCALLEN – Jose Silguero, 94, died Friday, October 20, 2017, at his residence in McAllen.
Born in Mercedes, Mr. Silguero had lived in McAllen most of his life.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Ramona P. Silguero.
Jose is survived by eight children, Rene Silguero, Margarita Sanchez, both of McAllen, Dalia Flores of Pharr, San Juana Esquivel of Mission, Silvestre Silguero of San Antonio, Raul Silguero of Tuscan, AZ, Hector Silguero of Australia, Adrian Silguero of McAllen; 23 grandchildren; 53 great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 9 p.m., with a 7 p.m. rosary Monday, October 23, 2017, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral service will take place at 10 a.m. Tuesday, October 24, 2017, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in McAllen. Interment will follow at La Piedad Cemetery in McAllen.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
