NORMA ALICIA SMITH

SAN JUAN – Norma Alicia Smith, 58, died, Wednesday, August 24, 2016, at her residence in San Juan.
Born in Hidalgo and lived in San Juan most of her life.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Perry Lee Smith; parents, Leonardo D. and Ninfa M. Paz; two brothers, Armando Paz and Jose Angel Paz.

Norma is survived by two children, Juan Alberto (Hortencia) Cabrera of Indianapolis, Indiana and Rene Ivan (Maritza) Cabrera of McAllen; four siblings, Maria Alma Linares and Rosa Linda Paz both of San Juan, Veronica R. (Victor) Cantu of Reynosa, Mexico, Ruben Paz of Irving, Texas; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Memorial service will be from 5 to 9 p.m., with a 7 p.m. rosary today, Friday, August 26, 2016, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.

Funeral service are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home of San Juan.
