GLORIA C. SORENSEN
ALAMO- Gloria C. Sorensen, 89, died Tuesday, May 2, 2023, at her residence in Alamo.
Mrs. Sorensen is survived by her two daughters, Ida Imelda (Roberto) Vela of Edinburg, Alma “Molly” Garcia of Alamo; and her stepson, Michael Sorensen of Michigan.
The family would like to show their appreciation and thank her caregivers, Martha Gaona, Susie Ramirez, Mari Garza and Opus Care Hospice.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m., with a 6 p.m. rosary today, May 5, 2023, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral service will take place at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 6, 2023, at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at La Capilla Cemetery in La Feria. Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
