BENITA SOSA
SAN JUAN – Benita Sosa, 65, died Wednesday, February 10, 2016, at Edinburg Regional Medical Center.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Benito and Martina Godino; and two sisters. Mrs. Sosa was a great wife, mother and friend. She was a kind woman that would help everybody. Mrs. Sosa enjoyed dancing and she would always have a smile on her face. She was an excellent cook. Mrs. Sosa was very strong woman who fought until the end.
Mrs. Sosa is survived by her husband, Francisco Sosa of San Juan; five children, Ana (Jose) Vasquez of San Antonio, Olga (David) Vidales, Martha (Ramon) Garcia, both of Pharr, Juan (Anita) Sosa, Eric (Deseray Rocha) Sosa, both of San Juan; 15 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; six sisters; and two brothers.
Visitation will be held from 3 to 9 p.m., with a 4 p.m. service today, February 12, 2016, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Cremation will take place at a later date.
Funeral service are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
