ANTONIO SOTO JR. ALAMO – Antonio Soto Jr., 61, died Wednesday, May 29, 2013, at his residence in Alamo. Mr. Soto was born in San Juan and had lived in Alamo for the past 15 years. He is preceded in death by a son, Vito David Soto; and his mother, Aurora Soto. Mr. Soto is survived by his wife, Diana F. Soto, of Alamo; four children, Marco A. (Christine) Soto, Cristina (Oziel) Cuevas, Xavier A. (Magali) Soto, all of Alamo, David A. (Nancy) Soto, of San Juan; seven grandchildren; his father, Antonio C. Soto, of San Juan; three sisters, Alicia Cano, of Garland, Texas, Sandra Quiroz, of San Juan, Leticia Perez, of Dallas, Texas; two brothers, Elmo Soto and Rolando Soto, both of Irving, Texas. Visitation will be held from 5 to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. rosary today, May 31, 2013, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, June 1, 2013, at Resurrection Catholic Church in Alamo. Interment will follow at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens in Pharr. Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
