LARRY G. STANFILL EDINBURG - Larry G. Stanfill, 69, died Tuesday, March 3, 2015, at his residence in Edinburg. Born in Green County, AR, Mr. Stanfill had lived in Edinburg most of his life. He was a farmer and rancher in Edinburg for many years. Larry loved his children dearly as well as his grandson, Ben. He is preceded in death by his wife, Janet Louise Stanfill; his father Floyd Stanfill; two brothers, Frankie and Curtis Stanfill; and a sister, Joan Stanfill. Mr. Stanfill is survived by two children, Ricky Gene Stanfill and Kathryn Leigh Stanfill, both of Edinburg; three grandchildren, Cody Rick Stanfill, Kyle Gene Stanfill, Benjamin Lee Stanfill; his mother, Vonda Stanfill of Paragould, AR; and four siblings, Bertha Glover, Sharon (Richard) Horne, both of Paragould, AR, Alice (Bob) Patterson of Jonesboro, AR, Winston (Beckey) Stanfill of Paragould, AR. Visitation will be held from 4 to 9 p.m. Thursday, March 5, 2015, at Memorial Funeral Home, 208 E. Canton in Edinburg. Funeral service will take place at 10 a.m. Friday, March 6, 2015, at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Fike Cemetery in Edinburg. Pallbearers will be Josh Fike, Daniel Fike, Matthew Fike, Cedric Galvan, RC Galvan and Shawn Ketcherside. Honorary pallbearers will be Hannis Fike, Harpor Fike and Ben Stanfill. Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
