Ernesto "TJ" Tijerina, 67, died Wednesday, March 31, 2021, at Edinburg Regional Medical Center.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Antonio Alejandro and Maria Gloria Tijerina.
Mr. Tijerina is survived by his wife, Sandra Tijerina of Edinburg; a son, Cesar (Kelly) Tijerina of Caldwell, TX; three daughters, Angela Tijerina of Washington, DC, Tracy Tijerina of San Antonio, Denise Tijerina of McAllen; seven grandchildren, Logan Tijerina, Felicia Waldrop, Christian Feroben, Justin Feroben, Caleb Tijerina, Ashton Tijerina, Isabella Gossard; two great-grandchildren, Sebastian Waldrop and Scarlett Waldrop; a brother, Antonio (Noemi) Tijerina; and a sister, Gloria (George) Echarzarretta.
Cremation was held at Memorial Cremation Center in Edinburg.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
