Celia H. Trevino

CELIA H. TREVIÑO EDINBURG – Celia H. Treviño, 66, went to be with the Lord Tuesday, July 22, 2014, at Doctors Hospital at Renaissance in Edinburg. Born in Tabasco, Zacatecas, Mexico, she had lived in Donna most of her life. Mrs. Treviño is preceded in death by her husband, Agustin Treviño Sr; parents, Tomas and Ramona Hernandez; and a brother, Juvenal Hernandez. She is survived by three sons, Agustin (Jessica) Treviño, Jr. of La Feria, Ballardo (Alejandra) Treviño of Donna, and Luis Carlos (Paula) Treviño of McAllen; two daughters, Maria De Lourdes Treviño of Donna and Sofia (Joseph) Swoboda of Edinburg; 13 grandchildren and 1 great-granddaughter; five brothers, Ramon Hernandez of San Juan, Javier and Rudy Hernandez both of Alamo, Tomas Hernandez of Florida, Ricardo Hernandez of Donna; and two sisters, Maria Luisa Padilla of Edinburg and Gregoria Lopez of San Antonio, TX. Visitation will be held from 5 to 9 p.m., with a 7 p.m. rosary today, July 24, 2014, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral service will take place at 11 a.m. Friday, July 25, 2014, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Donna. Interment will follow at Rio Grande Valley State Veterans Cemetery in Mission. Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
