Celmencia E. Vallejo

SAN JUAN – Clemencia E. Vallejo, 76, died Friday, April 26, 2013, at Rio Grande Regional Hospital in McAllen. Ms. Vallejo was born in San Juan and had lived there all of her life. She is preceded in death by her parents, Guadalupe and Clemente Eliserio; and three sisters. Clemencia is survived by 12 children, Gonzalo (Norma) Vallejo, Juan (Ana) Vallejo, Diana (Charlie) Bravo, Jossie Diaz, Ermelinda Vallejo, Jose (Yesenia) Vallejo, Jr., Noemi Vallejo, all of San Juan, Ofelia (Leo) Santiago, Maryann (Guadalupe) Ramirez, Cristina Guerra, Rejino Vallejo, all of Houston, Texas, and Carmen (Nicolas) Martinez, of Dallas, Texas; 37 grandchildren; 69 great-grandchildren; two brothers; two sisters; numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held from 5 to 9 p.m., with a 7 p.m. prayer service today, April 29, 2013, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, April 30, 2013, at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at San Juan Cemetery. Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
