LILIA VARGAS
HIDALGO – Lilia Vargas, 59, died on Friday, April 27, 2012, at M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, TX.
She was preceded in death by her parents Raul and Hortencia Vargas.
Ms. Vargas is survived by her children, Jorge (Shari) Martinez of Edinburg, Hilda (Jerod) Rieger of Little Rock Arkansas, and Manuel Alejandro Cruz of Hidalgo, grandchildren; James Bradley and Elena Rieger of Little Rock, Arkansas, brothers; Heriberto (Lorena ) Vargas of Hidalgo, Raul (Irma) Vargas of San Juan, sisters; Hilda Martinez , Imelda (Jose Maria Baustista) Vargas, and Hortencia (Edelmiro Moreno) Vargas of Hidalgo and Yolanda Vargas of Dallas, TX.
Visitation will be held from 3 pm- 9 pm, with a 7 pm rosary today, April 30, 2012, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral service will be at 1 pm, Tuesday, May 1, 2012, at St. Jude’s Catholic Church in Pharr, TX. Cremation services will follow.
Funeral Services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
