Rosalinda "Linda" Vazaldua

ROSALINDA “LINDA” VAZALDUA SAN JUAN – Rosalinda Vazaldua, 58, died Saturday, April 27, 2013, at Rio Grande Regional Hospital in McAllen. Rosalinda was born in San Juan and had lived there all of her life. She is preceded in death by her husband, Pablo Moises Vazaldua; and her parents, Gilbert and Josefina Alaniz. Rosalinda is survived by four children, Moy (Veronica) Vazaldua, Matthew Vazaldua, both of San Juan, Paul Vazaldua and Yvonne Vazaldua Rodriguez, both of McAllen; two grandchildren, Moy Vazaldua, Jr., of San Juan, and Madison Vazaldua, of Alamo; three brothers, Gilbert “Chato” (Dina) Alaniz, of Pharr, Alex Alaniz, and Joe (Delia) Alaniz, both of San Juan; numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held from 5 to 9 p.m., with a 7 p.m. rosary today, April 30, 2013, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral service will take place at 10 a.m. Wednesday, May 1, 2013, at Resurrection Catholic Church in Alamo. Interment will follow at San Juan Cemetery. Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
