ESTELA VENEGAS PHARR- Estela Venegas, 55, went to be with the Lord Wednesday, January 29, 2014, at Rio Grande Regional Hospital in McAllen. Born in Reynosa Tamaulipas, Mexico she had lived in Pharr most of her life. She is preceded in death by her father, Juan Dominguez. Mrs. Venegas is survived by her husband, Sergio Venegas; a son, Sergio Omar Venegas; two daughters, Maritza Venegas and Valerie Venegas; her mother, Luciana Del Carmen Dominguez, all of Pharr; seven siblings, Guadalupe Dominguez, of McAllen, Rene Dominguez, and Dora Ramirez, both of Edinburg, Antonia Dominguez, of Alamo, Margarita Martinez, Juan Dominguez, and Samuel Dominguez, all of Pharr. Visitation will be held from 5 to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. rosary Thursday, January 30, 2014 at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral service will take place at 2 p.m. Friday, January 31, 2014 at St. Xavier Cabrini Catholic Church in Pharr. Interment will follow at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens in Pharr. She will forever be in our hearts. Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
