Cristina H. Ybarra

CRISTINA H. YBARRA EDINBURG - Cristina H. Ybarra, 92, went to be with the Lord Saturday, December 1, 2012, at her residence in Edinburg. Born in San Marcos, TX, Mrs. Ybarra had lived in Edinburg most of her life. She is preceded in death by her late husband, Jose Ybarra; and son, Jose Ybarra, Jr. Cristina is survived by her husband, Pedro Gomez; two daughters, Estella (Martin) Rios and Teresa Frazier, both of Austin, TX; son, Luis Ybarra of McAllen; 11 grandchildren; 15 great - grandchildren. A rosary was held Monday, December 3, 2012, at Memorial Funeral Home, 208 E. Canton in Edinburg. Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. today, December 4, 2012, at Holy Family Catholic Church in Edinburg. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Edinburg. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
